The sauce:
2 cups tomato sauce-I used a marinara from Trader Joe’s
1/4 cup yacon syrup
1/8 teaspoon stevia
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons Bragg’s liquid aminos
3 chicken breasts cut in half
salt
pepper
