No Sugar Holiday Season

Hmmm. Seems I have a few recipes to post a collection of them for holiday cooking. A friend of mine pointed that out to me recently. Her mother has diabetes, and she wanted some alternatives so that she wouldn’t feel left out from the dinner table this year.

If you are looking for something to take to someone’s dinner, or are hosting your own holiday festivities, here are some recipes to help stay healthy and not feel at all deprived. Chances are, your guests won’t even realize they are low glycemic and sugar free:
