Don't Throw Out Your Sugar!

Since you can’t eat it, make a sugar scrub!
If you don’t have any candida related rashes or any knicks or cuts on your body, this is a wonderful way to get your “sweet treat” and pampering at the same time!
Start with your sugar of choice. White, brown or natural cane will all work. Use about 1 cup.
Then add your oil. About a half cup. You can add more to get the slushy consistency you need. I use unrefined, extra virgin olive or coconut.
That’s really all you need, but the fun comes when you add other things! Here are some of my favorite combos:
White sugar, olive oil, fresh grated lemon/lime rind
Brown sugar, coconut oil, vanilla (I bought a whole bottle that I can’t use in baking, so I use a teaspoon in my sugar scrub!)
Brown sugar, coconut oil, coffee, and sometimes a little cocoa powder. Vanilla can go in this one too!
White sugar, olive oil, fresh ginger
There are so many ways to get creative with this! And it only costs a fraction of what you pay if you bought one ready made.
